Shipping policy

At DG Aesthetix, we aim to get your beauty and wellness essentials to you quickly, safely, and with care.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During promotional periods, launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer – but we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia-Wide Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days – flat rate: $10.00 AUD

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days – flat rate: $15.00 AUD

  • FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $99 AUD

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

Local Pickup (If applicable):
We may offer local pickup in Sydney from the Pamper Palace. You will receive a separate confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. If you’re located overseas and would like to place an order, please email us at [your email] – we may be able to make special arrangements.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive it within 4 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues once your parcel has left our premises.

  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier.
    (We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.)

Sustainability

We care about the planet. Where possible, we use eco-friendly packaging and limit excess waste. Our goal is to deliver your order beautifully wrapped but responsibly packaged.
